CEO and founder, Joe Coughlin enjoys public speaking on lifestyle design.  He is an avid cyclist, fitness buff, college football fan, traveler, camper, water skier, and devoted family man.  Joe’s business motto is Una Familia (One Family), and Joe works on strengthening his employee’s life skills, along with their business skills.  Employees are encouraged to take advantage of the numerous opportunities that Joe offers each year to more fully appreciate life – including bike rides (El Tour de Tucson), Hume Lake High Adventure Training, Broadway Musicals, concerts, and outdoor adventure and waterskiing trips.  With the development of “TEAM Coconut” and “Coconut College,” Joe’s mission is to broaden the life fulfilling potential of each of his employees and their families.  He has been happily married to his beautiful wife Leah for 28 years, and has two lovely daughters.
