Our Specially Prepared Chicken & Tri Tip Dinner

Our Chicken & Tri-tip dinner starts with 2 pieces of tender chicken - marinated in our secret blend of island spices and fruit juice and grilled to perfection over our famous mesquite grill. Next we add 2 ounces of succulent marinated tri-tip beef, a delicious tossed garden salad (with our signature oil & vinegar dressing), and our beans (prepared with spices and water - NO LARD!). We finish off this huge platefull, with a Pyrenees sour dough roll (with butter), and our freshly made chunky salsa.
